Why I Dedicated My Life to ICU-Reset
People often ask me why I created ICU-Reset. The answer isn't one defining moment. It's the story of a lifetime.
When I look back, I don't see a straight line. I see a series of resets.
As a child, I learned that life can change without warning. Growing up between cultures, adapting to new environments, and searching for where I belonged taught me something I didn't fully understand at the time: our identity is not fixed. We are continually shaped by what life asks of us.
Later, martial arts gave me discipline, confidence, and purpose. Becoming a German and European Champion taught me what commitment, resilience, and focus could achieve. But it also taught me that external success does not automatically create inner peace.
Business became my next classroom. Over the years, I built companies, led teams, developed entrepreneurs, worked with leaders, created international projects, and experienced both remarkable successes and painful failures. I learned how to build organizations—but I also learned how quickly life can dismantle the identities we build around achievement.
Then life asked even more difficult questions. Injuries. Public criticism. Business setbacks. Personal losses. Projects that succeeded beyond expectation—and others that disappeared completely.
Each time, I faced the same choice: Hold on to the person I used to be, or become the person life now required me to become.
Those experiences changed me more than any success ever could. They led me to study not only business and performance, but also human behavior, emotional resilience, nervous system regulation, communication, leadership, consciousness, and the deeper patterns that shape our decisions.
